Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy services. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Carleton is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy operating in Carleton, UK (GPhC No. 9012511). We provide online consultations and prescription weight loss treatments to eligible patients in the United Kingdom. We are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council and comply with all applicable UK pharmacy legislation.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who:

We reserve the right to decline any order where a patient does not meet the clinical criteria or where providing treatment would not be in the patient's best interest. Providing false or misleading information during consultation may result in immediate termination of your account and, where applicable, referral to appropriate authorities.

3. Prescriptions

All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment by our pharmacist prescriber. Completion of an online consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.

Prescriptions are issued in accordance with UK law and clinical guidelines. We do not supply prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription. You must inform us of all current medications, medical conditions, and allergies before and during treatment. It is your responsibility to keep this information up to date.

Prescriptions are valid for the period stated and cannot be transferred to another pharmacy without our consent.

4. Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. Payment is processed securely via our approved payment provider.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing your order.

5. Delivery

Once your consultation has been reviewed and a prescription approved by our pharmacist, orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is via a tracked service to your registered UK address. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.

You must ensure that someone is available to receive your order or that a safe location is agreed with the courier. We cannot be held liable for lost or damaged deliveries that are not reported to us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately. Once an order containing prescription medication has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or returned for a refund, in accordance with Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempts medicines from the standard 14-day right to cancel.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Our services are not a substitute for your GP or NHS healthcare provider. The information and treatments provided are intended to complement, not replace, professional medical care. In an emergency, always contact 999 or attend your nearest A&E department.

We accept no liability for adverse effects arising from the use of medications where inaccurate or incomplete health information was provided during consultation.

8. Data and Privacy

We process your personal and medical data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the provision of pharmacy services. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
